This project is in the beginning stages of the rehab.  Please do not go by prior as it is currently occupied.  Patrick has held this property for a year...he'll tell you how he found the project, why he's been holding it for a year, the J/V with Mike DeCandia and they both will discuss the plans for the property and the projected ROI.  

Please be respectful of on street parking and the driveways as the street is a little tight and many neighbors park on the street.

There is no charge to attend, however you must RSVP in advance to attend as their is limited space.
