Danyl entered the residential appraisal business in 2009 when he accepted the role of Branch Manager for Forsythe Appraisals, LLC. They were the largest private appraisal firm in the county with over 40 branches and 250 staff appraisers nationwide. He obtained his trainee appraiser license in 2010 and then upgraded to Certified and FHA approved in 2016. Danyl has completed over 5,000 appraisal assignments ranging from single family homes to complex assignments utilizing all three approaches to value (sales comparison, income, and cost approach).

Danyl founded Four Core Valuations in 2018 and currently manages a six-person team of certified and trainee appraisers providing reliable appraisal services throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The firm provides several types of appraisal services including mortgage financing, forensic review, desktop appraisal, probate, divorce, new construction, PMI Removal and investor speculation valuations.

During his spare time, he enjoys redeveloping distressed properties, playing golf and spending quality time with his family. He currently resides in the South Shore with his wife and two children.

Luke Hanscom is a New England native with ten years of expertise in construction financing, building material consulting, and real estate investing. He is passionate about providing clients with a professional experience in an industry that has accepted sub-par standards for far too long. With his combination of construction knowledge and lending prowess, developers and passive investors alike have leaned on Luke to facilitate favorable returns and trusted that they are receiving the best products. Put the day job aside, and Luke still lives and breaths real estate as a passion and can often be found sharing ideas and working on strategies with clients and friends even when he's "off the clock." Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs and finding the best places to eat in popular cities worldwide. 

Morjieta Derisier is a native of Boston and currently resides in the South Shore. She is graduate of Suffolk University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a minor in business. At Suffolk University she was a Trustee’s Ambassador and worked closely with the Admissions office. She was also a member of the honor society Alpha Delta Sigma.  Shortly thereafter, she attended the Massachusetts School of Law (“MSL”) for her legal degree. While at MSL, she was member/participant of the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition (“TMMTC”). The TMMTC consists of teams of law school student who compete locally in the northeast area and then nationally against schools across the country. As a member of this completion, her team excelled to make it to the national level two years in a row. Additionally, while at MSL, she was the president of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity as well as the Black Law Student Association.

In her current capacity Attorney Derisier is a Member of the Suffolk Lawyers for Justice, a criminal law panel that assists indigent residents in Suffolk County. She has also participated on the Volunteer Lawyers Project assisting low income residents with varies types of Cases.

Robert Fortes and Christal Fenton-Fortes are a married couple and the co-owners and operators of Enhanced Realty, LLC. Enhanced Realty is a real estate investment company. Our projects include development of rental properties, redevelopment, and new construction.  We operate in both Massachusetts and Florida.  Our company is committed to creating affordable high-quality housing for families.  We are working to build a diversified portfolio where we build, rehab, and operate rental properties, and develop and rehab affordable homes for sale to first time home buyers.

Both Robert and Christal were born and raised in Boston and we are committed to developing affordable homes in Boston and surrounding communities.  We have seen the city we love change tremendously since the time we were children. Many of the changes are positive; however, one outcome of the development boom in downtown Boston is the pressure it has put on the real estate market in the surrounding neighborhoods when comes to low, moderate, and middle income families finding affordable housing. It is Enhanced Realty’s core mission to help provide such housing for these families.

Bernadette is the Chief Connector at Boston AREIA.  She is a wholesaler, rehabber, buy/hold investor and investor savvy Realtor.  She bought her first property via subject to and has been investing and training students through Boston AREIA for the past 15 years. 

Bernadette has focused on networking and has a belief in cooperatition.  You never know who your next deal is going to come from or who you might become a joint venture partner.  With the right connections made, it's possible to monetize everything.  

Bernadette lives in NH with her son and their dog.  She loves spending time with her family and working with a group of Mastermind students focused on wholesaling deals around New England.
