Thursday, March 20th coaching session at 5pm for members!
We are having a blast mentoring Mike Fitzpatrick. He’s getting his marketing on with his partner Jacqui Pietrzak. They have been doing a little driving for dollars in their local area and are motivated to get to the deal! We’ve talked about their website and where people should call them. Mike had begun to set up a free wordpress site. I showed them the back area and what the Thrivehive system is capable of doing for them. I think they are going to meet with Jason Dolan and or Adam Blake. We had a great coaching session last Wednesday and since then, they have focused on their target areas, collected their leads and are getting their first direct mail campaign together. It’s very exciting to see them taking the action to be successful in real estate.
We wanted to make sure that everyone who applied for the mentorship program “won” as well. So, everyone who entered the contest is being invited to join me for a special workshop coaching session at 5pm on Thursday before the monthly meeting! I’ve had quite a few people asking me if they can join in as well. I’ve answered a few of them personally and invited them to join us. However, I was thinking that everyone’s goals are to make money in real estate. So….I thought I would open the workshop coaching session a little. The first session will be focused on setting up a direct mail marketing campaign. So, to join us you need to do a few things…first, you need to be a member of BostonAREIA and second, you need to email me at Bernadette@BostonAREIA to let me know what some of your goals are and that you will be attending the 5pm session, next, you need to show up no later than 5pm to the Hyatt Place in Medford. I’m not waiting for anyone. We are starting at 5pm promptly. I do need to know how many of you are coming so I have an appropriate amount of materials and leads for the campaigns. I look forward to hearing from you all. My next blog post will be in line with our upcoming meeting and making sure you have contingencies in your contracts to CYA!
