Thank you for visiting Boston AREIA!  My name is Bernadette Trafton, I am the Chief Connector.  I didn’t become a real estate investor, entrepreneur, organizer of Boston AREIA or the Chief Connector over night and I definitely didn’t do it by myself.  Before I got started, I found myself in a very tough situation as a struggling single mother with no child support.  I won’t get into the details here.  If you want to know…perhaps we can swap stories over a coffee.  The key is that my life changed because of the amazing people I met while working part time for my local real estate investors association.  Because of these people, I was introduced to a world of opportunity that I never knew existed.   I know the importance of multiple streams of income, wholesale properties, bought my personal property subject to (if you don’t know what that is, ask me), founded Boston AREIA in 2007 and run thriving network marketing business.  If you want a review of one to avoid, check out my Review of #Youngevity!  But, most importantly I’ve met mentors and a bevy of friends who’ve helped me succeed and enrich my life daily.   Boston AREIA was founded to open that world of opportunities to everyone regardless of their background or their situation in life.  I’d love to hear how I can help you!  Bernadette Trafton, Chief Connector, Bernadette@BostonAREIA.com

Joe Craft is a Certified Public Accountant and handles the preparation of financial statements, corporate and personal tax returns, audit defense and representation. His expertise also extends into estate and gift tax planning, comprehensive and segmented personal financial planning.

He has prepared thousands of tax returns and held positions with Deloitte Haskins & Sells CPAs, Price Waterhouse CPAs handling tax planning and tax reporting of closely held corporations to SEC companies and currently has his own tax firm.
