The last few months have been all about wholesaling….so, I wanted to put together a blog with an outline of getting started in the wholesaling and investing arena.

- MLS, Realtors, Networking, Banks, Drive-By, Friends, Bird Dogs, Short sales, classified ads, attorneys, CPA’s, FSBO sites, Mortgage Brokers, etc…
Once you find the deal, you have to estimate the rehab, regardless of whether you are wholesaling or doing the rehab…and you have to have a good packet to present to your rehabbers. Alex and Kathy Schuck did a great job outlining the steps of a wholesale in this video:
